Speech Recognition Auto Attendant and Voice Command

When calling a system with Maisoft’s speech recognition and voice commands you can say a person's name, ask
for a department, go through unlimited voice menus or just say “Operator”. All of this can be done without waiting for
the “beep”; the system is full duplex, allowing for “barge-in” voice recognition. If the called party is not in the office
you can be given the option to say “yes” and the OMS has the ability to transfer your call off-premise to a cell phone
or virtual office in a “follow me/ find me” application. While listening to your messages, say Delete, Skip, Send or
even compose a voice e-mail. Then you can make voice controlled telephone calls from your personal contact
database. There are no touch tone commands or phone numbers to remember. These functions are particularly
helpful and safe with the restrictions being put on the usage of cell phones today.
